Smart List showing both complete and incomplete tasks

chris.copac says:
I'd like to make a smart list based on a specific tag, that shows both incomplete and complete tasks at the same time. I can create a smart list that covers both statuses, but have to choose between seeing complete or incomplete, rather than a single list of both.

Is this possible?
