Task dates problems

I have an issue with task dates in a web application and my synced devices. For example, task dates are different on the web my android phone. The same issue if i'm syncing with outlook. The difference is always the exact one day. I guess that this is related to time zone settings but I already checked my settings and they everywhere are equal.
I tried to sync with different phone but without any result. When I started new account and setup synchronization with it, this worked fine.
Any suggestions?
