Not Receiving Daily Reminders

Currently under Settings>Reminders I have the "Send Me A Daily Reminder" checked for on the day the task is due and ____ before the task is due and have set the delivery time to 6am.

I am not receiving my "for the day the task is due" but I am receiving the ____ before the task is due.

Should I be receiving both reminders?

Yes, you should be receiving both reminders. Can you please email us at [old address removed] with the name of a task that you received a "before the task is due" reminder for but not a "On the day the task is due" reminder? We can look into this further. Thanks!
