completedWithin tag doesn't seem to work on last day of month

completedWithin:"1 month of today"

Today is 3/31/10 and it doesn't work. I have two separate RTM accounts and both have the same problem and I've tested on both Firefox and Chrome. I've had this problem before. I first noticed it on 12/31/08. Has anyone else experienced this?
