Automatic sync with BlackBerry doesn't work

I have tried changing the lapse of syncing from minutes to hours but neverthless, always have to make a manual sync to update my tasks.

Any ideas? Great product by the way... though I miss a more polished interface than the task BB app :)

In addition, I am unable to log my issue report using the website. It's not giving me an option or screen to document my report. Is there anyway for staff to email me using my account information. I am a pro user. My name is RTMlibertad.
