Smart list filtering Shared lists

turbo2ltr says:
I have a shared list that has tasks for another person. It's shared with that person so I can take any of my tasks and just move it to their list to have them do it.

I also have a smart list that shows me all tasks where priority is 1. I don't want to see the employees tasks in the smart list so I set "isShared" to false. But it doesn't work. I see all priority 1 tasks regardless of if the task is on the employee's list. Seems the smart list search only looks at individual task's shared status, not that fact that ALL the tasks in a list are shared because the list is shared. Seems like a task should inherit the list's sharing status, at least for search purposes.. it would be a pain to have to manually share each task in addition to moving it to their list every time I want to share it

Though I suppose I could be doing something wrong.

isShared should do what you want; can you post the criteria for your Smart List so we can take a look at it?

Also, for what it's worth, sending tasks sounds more appropriate for what you're doing, just in case you'd like to use that instead.
