Sort by due date... Things with time before just date?

To me, seeing what is due at 10 am is more important then something that just has to be done sometime today.

Is there some reason why the sort by due date does it the other way around? Is there some way (hack) to fix it other then to list 11pm on everything that doesn't need a time?
