Asking for help -- my homepage doesn't load, how can I close my account?

I'm an returning user and haven't logged in for more than half year. I set up automatic e-mail forwarding which transfer every e-mail in my gmail into an RTM task item.
Now, half year later, it seems that my RTM account has been cramped with tons of messages so that my homepage couldn't even load....
(the webserver doesn't respond when I click on "Home").
What I want to do is to restart my RTM account: close this account first, and register again (with a same e-mail address). (I couldn't register a new account with the same e-mail address until I close my current account)
But, since my homepage doesn't even load, can anyone help me by showing me how I can do this? Thanks a lot!

Sorry... I guess I find how to delete my account without going to "Homepage->Setting" now.
