Description

Creates a new list. If filter is provided, a Smart List is created with the criteria specified.

Available in versions 1 and 2.

This method requires authentication with write permissions.

This method requires a timeline.

api_key (Required) 1 2: Your API application key. See here for more details.
timeline (Required) 1 2: The timeline within which to run a method. See here for more details.
name (Required) 1 2: The desired list name. Cannot be Inbox or Sent.
filter 1 2: If specified, a Smart List is created with the desired criteria. See here for more details.
