Ability to include notes with the import email address
paddyinhr says:
Currently it seems like the functionality for sending a task to your Inbox is much better than that for importing a task. I would think the features would be the same. But it appears that all I can do at this time is import the name of a task (one for each line in the email body). I wish I could do:
task name
---
task note
---
task name
---
task note
task name
---
task note
---
task name
---
task note

That would be good. There isn't any information I can find about a way to write notes when sending to the import email address.
I’m using the smartadd format (described in the inbox email help page) but with the import address and I am in fact getting notes to show up. However it’s not consistent. Sometimes the note appears in the task title AND as a note.
The format is to precede the note with // and keep it on the same line as the task title. (Watch out if your email software inserts a return instead of just wrapping long lines on screen. Because that will cause it to fail).
