Right now if you have a main task with sub-tasks and you click to complete the main task, the sub-tasks will also go away. This can lead to sub-tasks getting lost in the shuffle if you erroneously mark the primary task as complete.

How about a prompt, "This task has incomplete sub-tasks. Are you sure?" to ensure that incomplete sub-tasks don't get lost in the shuffle.
