Support for hotkeys in the web app is fantastic, every possible action is covered ... almost. At present, unless I'm missing something, it's still necessary to reach for the mouse when re-ordering tasks in a list.

How about:

* [Shift-j] with a task selected to move it down one place in a list
* [Shift-k] with a task selected to move it up one place in a list
