I would like an option to have the RTM Android app only use the GPS if my phone is plugged into an external power source. I only care about getting notifications when I'm driving and I usually have my phone plugged into a docking station that also charges my phone when I'm driving. It would be nice if the Android app would be able to detect when I disconnected my phone from the charger and automatically turn off the use of GPS for checking my location. This would help my battery last a lot longer.
