seeing someone else's task LISTS

ilyse.kazar says:
I am attempting to use RTM as a team collaboration tool.

What I expected when a whole list is shared to another contact is that:

1. the contact will see the list in their tabs

2. the contact can see the tasks in the shared list under the appropriate tab instead of seeing a huge list of tasks from all shared lists in their inbox

3. that the two contacts could assign tasks to each other within the shared list

what am i missing? is any of the above possible? I want to make a LIST that has a life of its own, obviously "owned" by the person who created it but shared by a group of people who can all see tasks that have been entered and assign/re-assign the tasks.

is this not possible?

thanks

DOH. the "huge list of tasks" in the inbox of the shared-to contact were old tasks from prior collaboration-tool experiments.

DOUBLE-DOH the answer to my question is in the (very excellent) Help at http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/answers/sharing/knowsharelist.rtm

I just think there should be an email notification when someone shares a list with you. There is no visual clue upon logging in that you have shared lists awaiting your acceptance in your Settings/Lists tab!
