For example, my "Restaurant" list. After I have visited a certain (planned) place, I remove it from RTM. When a friend asks me to suggest a nice restaurant, how can I go back to all the restaurants I have once visited? (Notes on the restaurant would be a bonus)

If you don't remove it (delete it) but instead complete the task (visit XYZ restaurant) you can search for the restaurants you have visited. Perhaps you could use the priority setting to grade the restaurant (1, 2, 3 and undefined goes a long way).
