Stucked setup of RTM-Widget

After getting my HTC Hero back from warranty repair (hard-resetted, newest software branded) I tried to install the RTM-widget. Selecting it for adding in 3x3 is possible, then the screen shows "Widget Settings", a short moment a note opens (sth like "Loading ..."), then I only see the blank Widget Settings screen with the two buttons "Speichern/Store" and "Abbrechen/Cancel". Nothing else happens.

What's going on there? Any ideas?

SW-Version: 1.0.0.A6288

Can you try uninstalling RTM, restarting the phone, and reinstalling RTM from the Android Market? That should work around any problems the Hero has loading the widget.

I had this problem because I hadn't logged into the RTM service via the app. Once I logged in, the widget settings screen showed up fine.
