Remove RTM for Gcal gadget

How do I remove the RTM for Gcal gadget?
I no longer use or want the gadget. But I do not know how to get rid of it. I have unsubscribed to the RTM calender. But the "agenda" and the blue check marks in each date still remain.
Any help is appreciated.

You remove it just like you do any other calendar: you can disable it by clicking on it in the sidebar on the left, and you can remove it in Google Calendar Settings, on the Calendars tab. Click Unsubscribe next to your RTM calendar.

But adding the gadget adds more than just the calendar. It also adds the "agenda" (on the right) and blue check marks in each date box, etc.
I want to get rid of those too.
