Adding a task

I am a newbie and I have simple (I hope) question. Is there a form using which I can add all the fields related to a task?
Currently I am adding each task using the single line field which says "Add a new task." And then I select each task and edit the other details such as due date, tag etc.
My question is, is there one form where I can add all the details related to a task in one shot?
