Any way to recover to yesterday's tasks?

I inadvertently changed the name of all of the tasks in my main list to the same text. All that's left are the tags, the due dates, and my feeble memory to try to figure out what they were.

Is there any way to reset my lists back to what they were at some recent checkpoint?

Never mind! Pressing the 'z' key several times got me back to where I needed to be.
