Reminder Settings

Love the way RTM is working on my Droid, but I have one minor complaint.

I am receiving a daily reminder of all my tasks at one go, which is OK, but I really need a reminder at a specific time (like, for an appointment).

Is this possible? I can't figure it out. As it is, I have to put a second reminder on my GCal to pop up at a specific time. Very annoying!
