Smart lists limited to 50 items?

Maybe someone has had the same problem and a solution: I've got a smart list that on the web version has 62 items. The search syntax for this is:
list:Personal AND dueWithin:"14 days of today" OR list:"Work" AND tag:x OR tag:y
On the web version, it works fine. It synchs with the iPhone app, too, however, it only displays 50 items, whatever I try. And those 50 items are the
list:"Work" AND tag:x OR tag:y part (50 items), while the
list:Personal AND dueWithin:"14 days of today" (12 items) part is missing.
Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.

If you go into Lists, tap Edit, and tap on this Smart List, can you see if the entire search is being saved on the iPhone?
