Questions from a new user

I'm loving RTM so far. I even sprang (sprung?) for the pro version so I could get it working on my HTC Hero. A few questions if I may?

Is the thing to do to have one list and use tags and smartlists to organize the tasks?

What benefit is derived from using Twitter to create tasks?

Is there a way to have a calendar popup for 'due date'?

I personally do have one actual list, called All Tasks, and tag everything, so if I want to look at all the tasks for a project I can just click on that tag and see it all. I have 4 smart lists which are based mostly on dates, today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow and the next seven days after today. The today one also looks at non-dated tasks tagged as "next", so it covers everything for me.

Keeps it all nice and simple. I don't have to archive lists once a project is done. Once all the tasks are completed that tag won't appear in the cloud any more. I'll go and delete no longer used tags every so often from the list. My tag cloud is mostly tags, some locations and that one lists rather than a load of list names mixed in too.

Some people use lots of regular lists, others use one or few regular lists and smart lists instead. Using tags is another way to see for example your projects, no need to create a regular list or a smart list for that, just click on the tag in the tag cloud.

Twitter: Just another way to enter tasks.

You can't have a calendar popup - common request though.

Thanks guys.

echarles, that sounds like the way to go to me. The only issue for me is that the tag names are a little harder to read than list names on the Android phone.
