I am a novice in the RTM development API and was wondering if there is some methods to translate a RTM task into an iCal event. I mean methods to obtain an iCal document from RTM information.

iCalendar subscriptions are available for any list. There are no methods to create an ad hoc iCalendar event from RTM data though.
