I'm wondering if anyone knows of an external issue tracker, one that allows customers, co-workers and friend to post issues (a-la Request Tracker), but that will submit the issue as a personal task (maybe identified through a tag) in RTM.

I need the issue tracker to allow a follow up, but I want to know the deadline and main info for the task through RTM using my android phone.

Any ideas?
