Adding a time to a repeatable task?

I tried searching for an answer but it's not an easy one to describe. Here goes...

I have a repeating task, say "every monday".
I've since decided that I the task to be every monday at 7pm...
If I select the task and add "7pm" to the due date it only updates this occurence of the task and not those for subsequent mondays.

Help...

If the repeating task has created a new instance of itself, changing the time for the first instance won't change the new instance. Try changing the due time for the task before it has created a new instance.
