I am using the latest version of Firefox, I have updated Gmail and have no other extensions working in Gmail. I operate Vista 64 and had no problems with RTM working until I installed Symantec Antivirus. Now it does not show up at all.

I have gone through the help pages and nothing works or it's mostly not applicable.

I cannot find out how this antivirus would block the program, because it is essentially a program working in a program and frankly I don't know how antivirus software would work on that. It's not as if I can allow symantec to ignore the program without ignoring Gmail, right?

Also, I try to reinstall RTM, but I keep getting an "unexpected installation error" message. I have tried turning off symantec and downloading the file, but the same error message pops up. Is it even related to Symantec? Why would it stop working all of a sudden? Why can't I download it again?

I really love this software function and would like to get it working on my computer again.
