Is there anyway to open RTM to a specific task list?

I have to smart lists that I like to keep open all the time . . . Main and Wait. I auto refresh these with a userscript, so I don't have to manually refresh. The problem is my wait list will always refresh to Main because I have that set as my default. Is there a specific url that I can type in to go directly to any specified list?
