Can't log in?

The username & password that work on the website give me a "Login failed: please check your account information and try again" error. Sucks because I'm on the free-trial time without being able to use the app at all! Anybody know what's up? Anybody else having this problem?

I am having the same issue. What's weird is that the first time I installed the app I was able to log in but I wanted to use it with a different email address. I created that account and upgraded to Pro (on the web, not through the app) but when I used that information in the android app I get the login failed error. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling a couple times but no luck.
Have you heard back about your support query? I put it in last night but probably won't hear back until Monday I'm guessing.

Never mind! My problem was due to the fact that my keyboard was adding a space after the period in the middle of my username, which I didn't notice until after MANY login attempts.
