Sync a smart list

If this is already answered elsewhere I apologize, but my searches led to no answer.
Isn't it possible to sync smart lists? I'd like to have just a "sync" smart list for tasks dueBefore: 3 days as that is what I need to know on a daily basis.
However, I can't set smart lists to sync on my settings.

The iPhone app syncs your entire RTM account (except for archived lists), so you should find your smart lists available on your Lists tab (at the bottom).

I have been browsing several items around here and didn't realize I was in the iPhone section, maybe I was browsing search results here and didn't realize it.
