WM 6.1 problems

I'm a new user, and signed up for the pro account so I could sync my BlackJack II tasks running Windows Mobile 6.1. But, I get errors. First it asks to do a complete sync, so I hit Yes. Then, it says there's a bad username/password or check my Pro account. Yet, at least once the tasks from my phone synced up to the server. But, I've never gotten the server to sync its tasks back to the device. When I did a restore, all my tasks on my phone disappeared, but they were on the server.
I've tried installing the SmartPhone version on my card, on the device, rebooted the phone several times, even rebooted my laptop a few times, still no luck.
Is WM6.1 just not supported? I submitted an email request, but I was wondering if anybody here had any ideas.

I see somebody else had this exact same problem in January:

Authentication Failed. Check username and password or Pro Account Status.
That is the message I get anytime I try to sync with RTM. I have a Pro account. And the password and username are correct. Anyone with ideas? I'm running Windows Mobile 6.1

Is there any resolution yet? All my tasks from my BlackJack II sync up to the server, but the tasks from the server won't sync down to the BlackJack II. That's when I get the error.

Larry, as we're in contact via email, I won't respond here.
If anyone else comes across this thread, please submit a MilkSync for Windows Mobile issue report via our support system so we can get all the info that we need to investigate further.
In general, connection problems seem to be the usual culprit for this kind of problem, but we'd need to do some things first to determine that.
Thanks!
