Trying to delete a task (and failing)

I added a task via QuickAdd to test that function out - the task was added - however, now when I try to delete or mark the task complete, neither operation works

What happens when you try? Does it simply not perform the action or do you get an error at the top of the page?

And does this only happen to tasks added via Quick Add?

And does this happen if you refresh the page or close and reopen your browser?
