wrong date for Google Calendar RTM reminders

That email came in on May 29 2009. And yes my Google Calendar is working fine otherwise, correct date etc
I have asked RTM who say it is a Google Calendar issue. The only partial solution I have found involves removing the RTM calendar from my calendars which sort of defeats the purpose. Any ideas?

In your Google Calendar account, it would be worth checking the reminder settings for your RTM calendar. On the left, underneath 'Other Calendars', locate the 'Remember The Milk' calendar. Click the arrow to the right, and select 'Notifications'. On that screen, make sure that no reminder settings are turned on.
If that doesn't help, you may want to remove and readd RTM to your Google Calendar (as per our Services page) to "reset" the calendar and its settings.
