Muliple reminders on the same day?

The repeat formats only work for periods of a day or more, so there's no way to repeat a task multiple times a day.
That said, you could create two tasks (a morning one and an afternoon one) and set them to repeat every day.
Also, keep in mind that reminders won't fire for subsequent repeated tasks until the earliest one is completed. Not that he wouldn't be picked up, just that you may not loop back and mark it complete in RTM. ;)
