Mobile Sync Probems

When I create a task either on my mobile or my RTM task page and sync them on my mobile phone all works well. Yet if I create a or change a note on my mobile and click on sync it doesn't change on the my RTM task page. It only seems to work if I change or add a note from my RTM page.
If I go into milk sync on my mobile and click menu>sync settings, the field "Sync Direction" is set to Two-way, so in theory it should work.
