Look at the bottom of the screen. See you've got all these headings? Like "Help"? And see the "Help" one has a link for "Help by Email"? That'll be the link you want.

The premium support is automatic: to quote that page, "Thanks for being a pro user! You'll receive priority treatment when contacting our support team."

I think that help is a feature not that good in RTM. In business hours there isn't the kind of online help there should be. That is something they should pay more attention to.
