Maybe I am doing something wrong....

I need to take a pill at a certain time every day. If I take the pill at the wrong time, it creates a problem. I would like to receive a daily reminder when it is time to take the pill. I set up the task, and I added the day and time it was due (the time of the next pill I needed to take). I set this as a task with a daily recurrence. The task is appearing every day, however I am not getting the reminder every day. Am I doing something wrong?
