Using RTM to share task

I'm looking for this to be able to share common household task such as kids doctors appointments and bill paying. How can I set it up to share certain but not all info. on 2 iphones?

ranjo09,
I suggest you look at the FAQ on sharing, set up sharing on the RTM website and I think it will work on your iPhone.

Yes, like leah.shalom implies, the sharing options on the iPhone are limited. Best is to share a list, and put into it what you want to be shared.
I'm not sure what you mean about not sharing all information, but to be clear, any shared tasks share all information for that task, but no information about other unshared tasks. So, in my example above, anything in that shared list will be shared, but nothing else.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the replies. Here's what I'm looking for. A way my wife and I can share house hold information on the fly. Kids appoints and activities, due bills, shopping list and ideas. I would like to be able to input in my phone and have it transfer to hers and vise verse. Is this possible with RTM? Can you share program to program or is it program to email?
Thanks
Thanks

ranjo09,
Do you have two different RTM accounts or are you looking at the same RTM account on two iPhones? If the later, then I think you can both access the same tasks on each iPhone. If the former, maybe you can do as andrewski suggests and share one list where you would put most of those shared tasks.
Hope this helps.

Yes, whether you use one account across two devices or two separate accounts with a shared list, you would be able to do what you want.
leah.shalom already linked to the sharing information, which would describe what you'd want to do.
Post back if you have any other questions!
