reminder until closed or deferred?

a reminder is quite useless if it reminds me only one time.
please add these functions
* global setting if a reminder should be repeated
* setting to repeat the reminder every x minutes until the todo is closed or deferred
* setting per todo to disable the nagging reminder for this todo

andrewski (Remember The Milk) says:
RTM can only remind you for one iteration of a given task. So if you have a task set to repeat every day, it will remind you on the first day, but not on the second unless you complete/postpone the first.
