Push notifications with a new iPhone

After some browsing, I checked Settings/Reminders and see that my iPhone is listed with the identifier (UDID) for my original iPhone.
How do I replace the UDID? (Or some people may want to add it if they want to keep a glorified iPod Touch.) There isn't a trash can icon next to it.

Not sure what happened but now it looks like the new phone is setup properly. At least it is showing up in the settings/reminders with the correct ID.
