Repeating tasks stopped repeating?

I've had a number of "every 1 day" tasks stop repeating on me in the recent past. The task was not edited nor was any task deleted--always "completed".
I use the web interface, the iPod Touch application and RTM for Ubiquity (although to a lesser extent).
Any ideas? It seems to happen at the end of a month (i.e June 30th was the last time the latest task worked, May 31st for another one, etc). Don't quote me on that though, but just seems to be that way.
