RTM logo in the way

On my laptop the RTM logo in the upper left corner is covering the task tabs which makes it impossible to access some of them. it seems as if the top fram and the body frame are somehove overlapping. I dont have this problem on my desktop and I am using ie7 on both. Anyone know how to fix this?
