Is there a keyboard method for moving between lists?

I assume the answer is 'no', since I can't find anything in the keyboard shortcut list, but I'm wondering if there's a keyboard method for quickly cycling through all of the defined lists, including saved searches?
If not, I think it would make a great addition to the application as a whole.
