Blackberry calendar and "today" home screen

I've just done some quick research, and unfortunately it doesn't sound like it's possible to show the actual tasks on the BlackBerry home screen. :(
MilkSync syncs with the Tasks app on the BlackBerry, and it sounds like the operating system only supports showing calendar events, not tasks on the home screen (at least according to this post; others here might know otherwise!).

Even so, you may use "View Calendar" to see the tasks, it looks like what you are looking for. But you need to do some setup work:
Calendar>Option>Actions>show tasks>Yes
Calendar>Option>Actions>show tasks>Yes
