Date or timezone is wrong

The due date is wrong, appears to be set to Australia (i.e., it is Sunday 10:45 pm in Caracas, and the date on the page is Monday 10:45 pm). So my tasks appear on the wrong date on Google Calendar...
Any suggestions? I have set correctly the timezone for Venezuela, and the computer is set for the correct date/time as well...

OK, just in case anyone else has this problem, I found a fix: Caracas timezone (was changed by government last year from - 4:00 to - 4:30 GMT, very wierd, I know) does not show in Mac time/date menu while it does in RMT, hence the conflict. Changed both to La Paz (-4:00 GMT) and manually moved the clock of the Mac 30 minutes ahead. Presto, problem solved.
Hope this is helpful to someone else owning a Mac in Venezuela!
BTW, Mac needs to send an update on this timezone issue...

We've reported the issue with this timezone to Apple -- hopefully they'll get that fixed up!
