Emails not getting imported properly

Using the form outlined in the overview, I've tried sending emails with tasks to the RTM email address I have. It does not convert any of the items on the email to the details. For instance the "P: 1 D: Monday at 1500, etc". I've tried many variations including adding and removing spaces with no luck. This has occurred two days in a row. I'm using the individual task email address, not the import list one. I've checked the archives and it looks like this has been an issue before but resolved.
