My company is forcing a standard IE 7 deployment and I am having an issue when completing a recurring task in RTM. If I put a checkmark in the task and click on the Complete button yellow-orange information box at the top of the page pops up saying "loading" but the but then disappears and the item is still there and the checkmark is gone. I have tried using the "C"shortcut and that does not work either, it shows the spinning disk on the right hand side. I also cannot add a new task again it gets the spinning disk. Everything works fine in Firefox. It must be some setting in IE 7.

I am running XP Pro.
