Will not text me with reminders

Can anyone tell me why I cannot get RTM to text me reminders
I have checked my number and setting and it all is correct

can you list which telecom provider you are using? This is really important for us to know and validate whether it is in our list.

Also make sure that your Telecom provider is supporting EMAIL to TXT and that this is also enabled.

Send an SMS saying "ON" to phone number 212 and your SMS reminders will start coming through. Text "OFF" to the same number to stop them.

O2 will charge you for these reminders.
