Edit tags and notes via something other than web?

So if I could create the task and then edit the attributes (tasks, tags, notes) of it another way that would be ideal.. I can not think I am the only person that would want to do this..

Can you give an example of something other than web? RTW has hooks into all kinds of non-web devices (eg phones, iTouch, etc).
