Search Shortcut Not Working

I really like the keyboard shortcuts in RTM and use them a lot. However, the search shortcut ( + + /) does not seem to work. I'm using Firefox 3.0.4 and the only plugin I have is Google Gears on this particular workstations (other workstations behave the same). The rest of the shortcuts work well, but not this one. Has anyone else come across this or know of a fix? Thank you in advance!

we have listed some Operating System and Browser combination that don't allow the Search Shortcut to work.

We are looking at it, however, we can't commit to any time lines at the moment on when this will be fixed.
