valid characters for tags not working from email

If I use these tags in an email that I send into RTM, the task comes in w/o any tags

can you check whether you send the emails to RTM as RTF/HTML or in normal txt format. Try to send the email in normal txt format.

Actually, through testing, I found that my signature was throwing off tags. It works with HTML format and text format.
